The services are good, including a lovely pool. Parking is nearby. The location is beautiful and magnificent, a 15-minute walk from a bus station. Restaurante Estrada, where you can eat, is at a short distance from from here.

The location was magnificent and particularly good, adjacent to including salt / pepper / oil as well as taxis and rentals and restaurants. Plus, Dos Aguas Park was relatively near the venue. The room was extremely spacious and beautifully designed and I really enjoyed the pool, it was amazing.

I found the staff very nice and the jungle location provided a peaceful atmosphere while being just a short walk away from Vintage Cafe and Parque Dos Aguas, perfect for leisurely strolls amidst the natural beauty of Tulum. It's the ideal spot for those who appreciate being close to local attractions without sacrificing tranquility.

We loved the tropical vibe and the rooftop infinity pool was fine. The spa treatments were an absolute delight, and the yoga sessions kept us feeling zen. Our room was beautifully spacious and modern, perfect for a couple getaway. Plus, the food was great, especially the healthy cocktails!

Our Beautiful Double Jungle Room was a huge disappointment. The room had a persistent humid smell and was noisy. The sliding door didn't lock properly, and there was a troublesome connecting door to another room that let in all of the sounds from neighboring guests.

The spacious room with a rooftop private pool exceeded my expectations. The peaceful jungle surroundings and friendly staff enhanced my experience in tulum.

The stunning views from the rooftop pool made it all the more special, and the dining options consistently impressed me with their quality. I did encounter a mix-up with my check-in time that set a frustrating tone initially.

The jungle vibes are real! The beautiful double jungle room was clean and had a lovely terrace. The rooftop pool was amazing for catching sunsets. Staff were friendly, though a bit inexperienced. Two outdoor pools were a bonus. Close to Tulum centro and great restaurants. Morning yoga classes were such a nice touch!

I loved the lush green decor of Copal Tulum Hotel. The spacious areas were easy for me to navigate, and the rooftop pool offered lovely sunset views.

More sunbeds by the pools would be helpful.

A Hidden Jungle Gem!

Enjoyed a rejuvenating escape in a beautifully designed room with a private pool. The blend of nature and luxury was perfect! The rooftop pool options were amazing, and the on-site Japanese restaurant served very nice sushi. Pro tip, use the shortcut to town for a quicker stroll!
